Refund Policy
At Coronium we are doing our best to deliver our Clients the consistent and sustainable Service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy alongside with the Terms of Use constitutes an entire agreement between Coronium and you (The Customer or You). Please read this document carefully before you start using the Service (as it described in Terms of Service) for it will regulate the sensitive process of dispute settlement and moneyback questions may arise out of use of the System.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of Clients access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be resolved subject to Dispute Resolution Procedure set out as follows:
- Any dispute arising out of the use of the System shall be provided for the Customer Support of Coronium consideration by email to: hello@coronium.io. Please address any inquiries may arise in relation to Refund, Cancelation or Chargeback to the Customer Support.
- Please be aware that for security reasons we log Customer Support conversation with the Customers.
Refundable and non-refundable events
- All proxy purchases on Coronium.io are non-refundable if the proxy is working properly after our customer agent tests it.
- Only way to get a refund is if the proxy is not working and we cannot replace it with other one.
- Once the account balance is topped up, no refunds will be processed for the funds added to your account. The account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the funds are added to your account, they are considered to be utilized for the purchase of our services.
Banned and prohibited websites
Prohibited websites to visit include PayPal as well all the banks and government websites. Refunds will not be given for situations where you cannot access these websites. It’s your responsibility to read this Refund Policy and accept it as you create an account.
