Refund Policy

At Coronium.io, we strive to provide our clients with consistent and sustainable services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy, together with the Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between Coronium.io and you ("The Customer" or "You"). Please read this document carefully as it governs the processes for dispute resolution and money-back requests that may arise from your use of our System.

2. Refund Policy Overview

All proxy purchases made on Coronium.io are non-refundable if the proxy is functioning correctly after our customer support team verifies it. Refunds are only applicable if the proxy is not working and we are unable to replace it with another one.

Once your account balance is topped up, refunds for the added funds will not be processed. The account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Funds added to your account are considered to be utilized for the purchase of our services.

Refunds will not be provided for situations where you cannot access prohibited websites, such as PayPal, banks, and government websites. It is your responsibility to read and accept this Refund Policy upon creating an account.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be resolved according to the following Dispute Resolution Procedure:

1. Contact Customer Support: Any dispute related to refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks must be addressed to Coronium.io Customer Support via email at hello@coronium.io.
2. Documentation: For security reasons, we log all Customer Support conversations with our clients. Please ensure that your inquiries are clear and provide any necessary documentation to support your request.

Our goal is to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently. Please address any concerns promptly to facilitate a smooth resolution process.

4. Refundable and Non-Refundable Events

Non-Refundable Purchases: All proxy purchases on Coronium.io are non-refundable if the proxy is working properly after our customer support team tests it.

Refundable Purchases: The only way to receive a refund is if the proxy is not working, and we are unable to replace it with another one. In such cases, refunds will be processed as per the procedures outlined in the Dispute Resolution section.

Account Balance: Once the account balance is topped up, no refunds will be processed for the funds added to your account. The account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Funds added to your account are considered to be utilized for the purchase of our services.

5. Banned and Prohibited Websites

Prohibited websites include, but are not limited to, PayPal, all banks, and government websites. Refunds will not be provided for situations where you cannot access these websites. It is your responsibility to read and accept this Refund Policy when creating an account.

6. No Refunds for Non-Compliance

If you engage in any illegal activities or violate our terms of use, your account will be suspended, and any funds in your wallet will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

We reserve the right to share your data with legal authorities without any questions asked if you engage in illegal activities.

7. Things We Don’t Do and Aren’t Responsible For

We are not responsible for overseeing how consumers use the Services. Coronium.io shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from your use of the Services. We are not responsible for conflicts between users or between users and any third party.

By using the Services, you release Coronium.io from all lawsuits, damages, and proceedings of any sort—known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, reported or undisclosed—arising out of or in some way connected with these conflicts and the Services. All information accessed through the Services is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any consequential damage or loss.

8. Coronium.io Right to Inspect and Suspend Account and Services

Coronium.io may require you to verify your documents if you are suspected of using our services in breach of this agreement. Verification typically includes:

• Providing your ID (with sensitive information covered).
• Providing proof of payment method, such as the last 4 digits of your credit card.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor your use of the System for billing purposes and to verify for misuse or network abuse. We may share your relevant information with authorities in case of a complaint or lawsuit if necessary to comply with legal obligations.

If your account is suspended, you are not entitled to any refunds, even if you have proxies with remaining time. All purchases are final and non-refundable in case your account is closed.

Coronium.io reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend your access to the System immediately without notice if we determine that:

• Your use poses a security risk to the System or any third party.
• Your use may adversely impact the System or any other Coronium.io customer, including by causing you to be blocked from certain websites, networks, or services.
• Your use may subject Coronium.io, our affiliates, or any third party to liability, or is in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your actions are fraudulent or disparage or devalue Coronium.io's reputation or goodwill.
• You are in breach of this Agreement, including delinquent payment obligations.
• You fail to comply with providing true and accurate information requested by Coronium.io during the registration process or as subject to periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) requests.
